I'm about ready to go with this. IE is missing the 'you are here' crumb separators because it's crippled, so something will have to be fixed (probably done with some images). The links on the right will probably change. And something else will be done with the title at the top. I'm not quite sure what, yet.

I had some aspirations to make the background a transparent gradient, but IE goes into fits with that kind of thing. I'll hold off for now.
