Use SpamAssassin (or any other spam catcher) for your mail? Use Thunderbird as a mail client? Ever get annoyed when Thunderbird looks at your caught spam and moves it to its own Junk folder, as if you didn't know it was spam already? Try out FolderFlags. And if you feel like setting flags on any other folders (multiple inboxes on an account?), you could do that, too.

I've only tested this on Thunderbird 1.5RC1, not final. Open source user beware.

You should probably grab FolderFlags from the Mozilla extensions page since you'll be notified of any updates through that version. The one you get from here does not have an update mechanism so I don't have to manage that part of the software distrib...
