Ryan's Journal

I hear people my age lamenting how old they feel. Yet I don't feel old. I guess that means I've always felt this 'old,' but considered it young. It helps that I work with people who are all about twenty years my senior, some twice that plus change. The really visible folks at my church are predominantly married with children. The only folks near my age are at kung fu, and then most of those are still older. That must come from being around people being my own age all the time in college, and then being around people noticeably older afterwards.

Anyways. I don't feel old. Which is nice. In fact, despite having used 23 of these years up so far, I'm still excited about the dreams I have, about whatever number of years I have left, about what God will do. Been dreamin' a lot these days...
