A technical solution at last. I now run a procedure for every page fetch to check if the referer looks like the following expression: {\?.*[+="2]lee+ryan}, which basically means any searcher who goes through a search engine looking for the phrase "lee ryan" is going to get tossed to the Not Lee page. I hope this works.
