It is Restaurant Week in Boston. I've never taken advantage of it until this year, and I have an attack strategy for next year (i.e., make reservations as soon as it's open to non-American Express cardholders at the best places regardless of whether I know who I'm going with yet). Sadly enough, places like No. 9 Park, The Federalist, and The Bay Tower were all full for reservations before I even looked at the list of restaurants. Other places like Aujourd'hui or Azure were either full on the days of interest or only did lunch (boo!).

So this week it's only a meager three visits, to MANTRA (lunch today), blu (lunch tomorrow), and Aquitaine (dinner tomorrow). Maybe I should try to cram in something on Friday night or for Friday lunch...
