In more exciting food adventures, I made chicken wraps with pico de gallo and other veggies. Unfortunately I made it in part for a vegetarian friend whom I should have known was a vegetarian. Sigh. I did that once in high school. We were supposed to make cultural dishes for the entire class with sensitivity to the fact that there were a number of vegetarians in the class. I made chicken tikka (well, an Indian friend of mine made chicken tikka while I watched...good man) and proffered it to everybody without mentioning what it was, forgetting until someone explicity asked that some people don't eat meat.

But they were good wraps. I'm just unskilled at stuffing and wrapping those tortilla things. Next time I need to make a veggie wrap. And not cook the vegetables in the sauce leftover from the chicken. Yes, that would be key. Or maybe I could lie about it.

Just kidding. Please don't send the vegan hit squad after me.
