More numbers and figures.

April was the first wedding I shot with my camera; I finally had an opportunity last week to hand them a CD of those photos. May and June brought another couple of weddings, but it was markedly less interesting to shoot after the first time around.

I am slowly trying to find the balance between events I want to photograph and those I simply want to take part in. Not that photographing an event is less enjoyable, it's just a different kind, a more observational and less participatory way to experience something. It's hard to do both.
