Falun Gong is also based on the assertion that you can learn to fly, that you don't need medicine, that you can subsist on sunlight alone, and that the leader of the group is the only one who can help you achieve any of these goals. It's all in his book. By the way, it's "focusing," not "focussing." They may be being unrightfully abused by a government, and I do believe they can believe what they want, but that doesn't make them deserving of this poster-boy status the media's assigned them. Try reporting the truth, CNN, not your own bleeding-heart, rose-tinted glasses sentiments. There's more to Falun Gong than their denial of religious or political agendas or their bull line about having only three concerns. But it makes for much better news when you don't mention the thing about flying, doesn't it? I'm also sick of PETA and other groups being afforded popularity as 'issues' to those in the entertainment industry, which means they get shoved at the rest of the world as serious issues as well.
