Don't buy it. Nastiness in a can.

So far, I greatly prefer simply slicing a fresh tomato and sprinkling thyme on it to anything prefabbed in a store. Anybody with great ideas on cheeses, please share. Mozzarella on its own is a bit boring, and the mixes you find in a grocery store are insidiously bland.

Papa John's used to make a great cheese blend, I'd even eat the occasional plain cheese version of it back in high school when the brand first appeared. I think it had to do with sugars in the cheese.
