The local organic grocery stores around Cambridge didn't satisfy my tomato lust. There are Roma, which is great for making sauce, but that is the extent of variety. The farmer's market here in Eugene, Oregon has awakened it and set it burning. There were Black Prince, Dorothy's Green, German Heirloom, and several others. I may need to settle down somewhere temperately friendly to tomatoes solely so I can start purchasing and planting things from specialty tomato seed stores.

The right tomato cultivar with salt makes for a tasty, tasty treat.
