This week's hike went up to Dante's View, named for the original planter of the garden nestled in a shoulder of Mt. Hollywood. Having missed out the past two weekends, I had no plans this time around other than finding some water, forgetting to bring a water bottle with. I did a bit of running this time, up the steeper sections and down some of the milder slopes. As my housemate observed, running a longer distance downhill can be pretty fun.
