Ryan's Journal

Apologies for the down time, there were some network issues. That's the first instance of unplanned ryanlee.org downtime ever. It was kind of healthy, I went and did other nerdy things instead, like buy a new hard drive and some fun toys - I finally got around to buying an Abraham Lincoln biography (by David Donald). If anybody has recommendations for any other good ones, let me know.

Other things too, besides spending money, such as learning CSS1 a little better, trying out some new software like Phoenix, a lightweight open source browser for Windows, and the latest Windows version of GIMP, an image manipulation program.

And I'm now employed, so I'm off to learn XSLT a little better. The crude stylesheets I use for Newswire need some work, so I guess those are good stomping grounds for picking up a little more info on the technology.
